Thanks for checking out my site.
I'm a middle-aged, middle-class CIS woman coming to terms with life's changes. As a first-generation child of immigrants, I came of age in the 1980's and 90's. I was raised Catholic and always striving to be a "good" girl. I worked hard, finished high school near the top of my class, attended undergraduate and graduate school, and generally accepted my parents' beliefs as my own—even when they didn't make sense to me. It's much easier to live that way. Rocking the boat equals drama, and I hate drama.
Fast forward to now, where I've lived through crippling depression, a miscarriage, multiple surgeries for endometriosis, getting married, reentering the workforce after staying home to raise children until they started school, navigating raising two amazing children (one of whom happens to be neurodiverse and questioning their own identity), surviving a pandemic, and watching a US President gaslight our entire country.
Please join me in navigating the drama. Let's all figure it out together.
